Returning your product because you've changed your mind. You can return any product that you’re not happy with apart from those that fall under our no-return policy.

Rules and Conditions for Return

  • Return/Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 35 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. 
  • Gift cards, pierced jewelry and undergarments are non-returnable unless subject to distance selling or other applicable regulations.
  • If you have received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service department.

Returning a faulty item

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Please disable any security features and remove your personal data.

After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For online and telephone purchases, we'll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 14 days.

Refunds

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@tessal.uk

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!

Wrong size: 

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the product matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the product was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
